Membership Cost: $150.00 (reducing by $15 weekly from October 28st 2026)

Joining Fee: $35.00

Entitlements

Note: All booking and participation subject to court or session availability and eligibility

• Unlimited personal bookings during regular hours (fair use applies)
• Max 1 hour of bookings during premium hours (5 – 7pm Mon - Thurs)
• Entry to any in house competitions
• Entry to any in house tournaments
• Participation in any social sessions
• Participation in any group coaching/training sessions

Terms and Conditions

Your membership is governed by this agreement:

1. Memberships and payments can be suspended for 1 week for holidays or illness.
   • This must be done in writing to contact@hilltopsquash.au and prorata rates will apply accordingly. Medical certificate is required for medical suspensions
   • Times suspended will be added to the membership end date
2. Hilltop Squash reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time.
   • The agreement termination will be notified to the member in writing (email).
3. Membership is only to be used by the person signing up to the membership. Guests will incur a fee for their portion of the court at the published rates.
4. Any changes to a members personal details must be updated via the website at the links provided.
5. All introductory memberships finish on Dec 31 2026
6. 2027 Memberships will be available mid December 2026
7. It is a members responsibility to ensure they are using courts in an appropriate manner
   • Members are to remain properly clothed and wear non marking shoes whilst participating
   • They need to adhere to Sport Integrity Australia fair sport standards.
8. It is a members responsibility to ensure they are healthy and able to play squash
9. Hilltop Squash cannot be held liable for medical conditions, issues or injuries that occur at the Hilltop Squash venue. You participate at your own risk.
10. Hilltop Squash reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with 7 days written notice.
11. Hilltop Squash is under 24 hour CCTV surveillance

Participation Responsibilities

• Hilltop Squash will be accessible from 7am till 10pm 7 days per week.
• Hours will be reviewed for possible changes in 2027

I understand and agree that a Hilltop Squash membership is a special membership based on trust and is a privilege, which can be taken away for a violation of rules.

As a Hilltop Squash member, I agree to abide by all membership rules, which will be posted on the Hilltop Squash website, and may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the Hilltop Squash Management.

Additional Rules For Hilltop Squash Membership During Non-staffed Hours

All members will receive a code that will give them access to the Centre during non-staffed hours. Access to the Centre during non-staffed hours will be via the side door on the left of the building.

• First initial KEY CODE is complimentary when you purchase membership. Initially, code will be updated on a weekly basis, advised by email.
• A Physical key fob may be supplied at a later date when access systems are upgraded. Replacement fobs will incur a $20 fee.
• Sharing of Fobs or Codes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate loss of membership. Code sharing is viewed as stealing services.
• Only active account members will be allowed entry.
• Pre-approved members under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an approved member parent until they reach the age of 18.
• Advanced pre-approved members under the age of 18 may be approved to enter the Centre unaccompanied if authorized by Hilltop management.
• Improper unauthorised use of the Hilltop Squash may result in member suspension or cancellation. No one may use your Key Code for any reason, and you are required to report any situation that appears to be code sharing, to Hilltop staff.
• Do not bring or otherwise allow a person younger than 18 years of age to access the Hilltop Squash without permission.
• All non-staffed hours’ access must be pre-booked online or by contacting the Centre.
• Any person that is not an approved member or guest of Hilltop squash must be registered to access the facility with a member.
• All members wishing to bring guests to the Centre during non-staffed hours must nominate all guests’ names and contact details and prepay the relevant guest fee upon booking.
• Any member permitting unauthorised access to non-members into the club will result in suspension of non-staff access. Reactivating access will be at the discretion of management.
• Stop playing/exercising if you experience a potential injury and seek medical attention.
• Members and guests alone in Hilltop Squash should call 000 in case of an emergency.<
• All outside doors must remain closed during all non-staffed hours.
• No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs is permitted in Hilltop Squash at any time.
• Notify management if any equipment is not working properly or if you notice any potentially dangerous conditions within Hilltop Squash.
• Return all Hilltop Squash equipment and supplies to their designated storage place after using the equipment and pick up any items or trash brought into Hilltop Squash or bathrooms.
• Hilltop Squash is monitored 24/7 by surveillance cameras. Do not touch, move, or unplug any security cameras.
• Turn off court lights in Hilltop Squash when you have finished your booking (switches located in the short front entrance hallway).
• Retail items on display are not for sale during non-staffed hours. All items can be purchased when the Centre is staffed or purchased online.
  • Any items taken from the retail display without management approval will be considered as stolen and will be dealt with accordingly.
• Be sure to close the entrance door and make sure it’s locked when exiting!
• Failure to follow these guidelines will result in revocation of out of hours access.

No Supervision Access

I understand I am purchasing a membership at an out of staff hours facility that allows access during the specified times.

• As such, I am aware that there will be no supervision or assistance except during staffed hours. Staffed hours may change at the sole discretion of the Hilltop Squash.
• I am aware that if I get injured, become unconscious, suffer a stroke, or heart attack or any other medical emergency or event, there will likely be no one to respond to my emergency and that the Hilltop Squash has no duty to provide assistance to me while I am at venue.
• I understand even though the Hilltop Squash is equipped with surveillance cameras, these record, but are not monitored continuously; help will not be available during non-staffed hours.

Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability

• I voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, death, loss, cost or damage to my person or property which might arise from my use of Hilltop Squash, and I agree to hold harmless and release Hilltop Squash and all affiliated entities, and its owner, directors, employees, representatives, management, and all others from any and all liability.
• I also release all of those mentioned and any others acting on their behalf from any responsibility or liability for any injury or damage to myself including those caused by the negligent act or omission of any of those mentioned or others acting on their behalf or in any way arising out of or connected with my participation in any activities or the use of any equipment at Hilltop Squash during staffed or non-staffed hours.
